PVC cards Printers, extensively known as plastic cards, oblige printers other than the customary customer grade inkjet or laser printers, due to their smooth surface. Warm exchange is the methodology that is particular to plastic cards.

 This methodology applies a colored layer from a strip onto the level, plastic surface. This exchange is performed by a warm print head that builds the temperature of the strip's shade layer.

 For shade printing, this layer transforms into gas and returns to its strong state on the shallow layer of the plastic card. This procedure is called sublimation.

 PVC cards are more sturdy, print better and speedier. Custom completions can build visual effect drastically. There's no requirement for mass supplies or expert operation. Most PVC cards are the measure of Visas, taking after the ISO standard CR80 (85.6mm x 54mm (3.375" x 2.125").
